In our 400 m² Sheraton gym® you can take advantage of the best LifeFitness equipment 24 hours a day for your physical well-being. The expansive spa centre rounds off the offerings with its sauna, steam room, massage rooms and a relaxation zone.

Spa centre opening times:

• Monday to Friday from 7 am until 11 pm
• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from
  9 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm

Towers guests get even more indulgence with their own gym, which includes a sauna and massage treatments.
