Separate from the lobby, here you can work with the most up-to-date technology in a relaxed lounge atmosphere.

Computer stations with WLAN, laptop and printer connections, plasma TVs and charging facilities for your communication devices. In addition, you can also take advantage of refreshments, periodicals and games.

Service The Glass House: Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10 am to 5 pm.

Business Centre

Besides the Link@Sheraton, the business centre is another place where you can work in peace and quiet.

Our services at the business centre include scanning, colour printing, faxing and more. WLAN Internet access is also available.

The business centre also features two meeting tables for six people each.

As a Club or Towers guest, the Towers Lounge is at your disposal free of charge.

Enjoy a lounge area with terrace where an exclusive breakfast buffet, sweet snacks in the afternoon, appetisers in the evening, as well as hot, cold and alcoholic beverages are served.

Our reception is manned and at your service 24 hours a day, every day. You will also find a separate Starwood Preferred Guest desk here.

We will meet your every request. Whether you've forgotten your toothbrush or you'd like to book a sightseeing tour, you need a limousine service and/or pick-up service from the airport or you're looking for culture and shopping tips; our concierge is at your service around the clock.

Laundry service

Why not travel light?  Thanks to our laundry service it is no longer a problem. We work quickly, reliably and always produce perfect results.

Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6 pm
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays closed

Express cleaning service opening times:
Monday to Friday: drop off clothing before 3 pm and the clean and ironed washing will be ready by 6 pm. Not valid for dry cleaning.
