Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.

Crib Policy
This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with cribs. Guests must bring their own. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly (49)(69) 69 77 22 01.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in guest rooms but not in the restaurants and bars. There are no weight limits for pets. A one time cleaning fee of 30 EUR will be charged.

Payment Policy
A non resident wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel by credit card must fax a credit card payment authorization to the hotel with the billing address. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Due to our privacy policy, we do not accept credit card information via email. We recommend not send us photocopies of credit cards or credit card information by e-mail. This is for your own safety, so we apologize for any inconvenience. Please fax your credit card information only to our secure fax number: +49 (69) 6977.2219.

Invoices can only be sent to companies within Germany. The company to be invoiced must send a fax on header paper to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back. This must be arranged prior guest's arrival.

Smoking Policy
Both non-smoking rooms and a limited number of smoking rooms are available. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes inside a non-smoking room. Additionally, due to local law, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Please contact the hotel for further information.
