1. Where can I park my car and how much does it cost?
Our hotel has its own parking with 30 parking slots. Parking costs EUR 4.40 per started hour and a maximum of EUR 25 per day. Please kindly note that we do not accept any reservations for parking. Additionally the parking slots from the Airport Terminal can be used at EUR 4.00 per started hour.
2. What is he easiest and most relaxed way to get from the Frankfurt Airport to the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center?
The Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center is actually connected to Frankfurt Airport by two footbridges.
From Terminal 1:
From the departure level in area A and C there is an escalator leading to the covered footbridge, which is linked directly to the hotel.
From Terminal 2:
Take the Skyline train, which travels between Terminal 1 and 2. From the departure level in area A and C there is an escalator leading to the covered footbridge, which is linked directly to the hotel.

3. What will be charged for breakfast and what are the breakfast times?
The refreshing breakfast buffet is served in our Restaurant Flavors for EUR 32 per person.
Monday to Friday: 06:30 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday: 06:30 am - 11:00 pm
4. How much will be charged for a roll away?
A roll away costs EUR 75 per person.
5. What will be charged for children?
If no roll away is required childeren until 12 years stay in their parent's room for free.
If they are 12 or older we charge the normal fee for a roll away.
Breakfast is complimentary for children until the age of six years, from 7-12 years we charge EUR 1 per year of age. From 13 years and older, Children are granted a 50% discount.
6. What does Internet cost?
The internet charge in our guest rooms is EUR 8 per hours or EUR 19 per day.
Additionally, internet can be accessed via the Link@Sheraton in our hotel lobby.
7. Are dogs allowed and at what costs?
Dogs are allowed in the hotel. EUR 35 will be charged per dog. Please kindly note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.
8. Check-In and Check-Out Times
In general our Check-In time is noon pm and our Check-Out time is 1:00 p.m
A Late Check-Out or an Early Check-In is only possible upon request and availability. Your luggage can be stored at the Westin Grand Hotel for some hours.
9. How do I get to Frankfurt Fair & Exhibition Center at the fastest?
The Exhibition Center can be easily reached with the S-Bahn number 8 or 9 in the direction Hanau, until the stop Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Change there to the U4 underground train (in the direction "Bockenheimer Warte") until the stop "Frankfurt Festhalle / Messe". Duration approx. 20 minutes.
